JOIN BJA FOR HOLIDAY CHEER & Concert DEC. 13

All BJA Members and friends are invited to a “Meet-and-Greet” on Saturday Dec. 13, 2014, from 6pm to 7pm at the historic Eubie Blake Center, 847 N. Howard Street, Baltimore 21201 (2nd floor). Enjoy light snacks and beverages, mingle and get acquainted with other Baltimore jazz fans, and hear more about BJA mission and programs. There will be a raffle with CD albums by Baltimore jazz artists as prizes, and guests will have the opportunity to sign up for membership in the BJA. Following the Meet-and-Greet, move on upstairs for an exciting holiday concert (7pm to 10pm) by the Eric Byrd Trio. Having performed their highly popular holiday shows in other cities for several years, the Eric Byrd Trio will bring that music to Baltimore. Flutist Delandria Mills and saxophonist Jeff Antoniuk will join them in delivering jazz renditions of holiday favorites, including tunes from their holiday albums. The pairing of great jazz and seasonal songs with delicious food and drink will make the winter sparkle and glow.
